T-shirt production in China starts with choosing the right fabric, fabric weight, garment patterns, and sewing methods. Even a basic style can fit poorly, stretch after washing, or lose its shape if the material and construction are unsuitable.
We work with factories that manufacture clothing for major brands and know how to follow a client’s technical specifications.
The T-shirts we produce
- Women’s and men’s styles.
- Basic and oversized T-shirts.
- T-shirts made from cotton and blended fabrics.
- Styles featuring prints, embroidery, and logos.
- Garments developed from a photograph, sample, or technical specification.
From fabric selection to the size chart
When producing cotton T-shirts, it is important to consider fiber composition, fabric weight, shrinkage, colorfastness, and shape recovery. We select the fabric and color, develop the garment patterns and size chart, and agree on neckline and seam finishes.
A sample is always made before the production batch begins. It must be assessed for fit and sewing quality, then checked again after washing.
Production timelines
The estimated time to sew a sample is about 5 days. Once the style is approved, batch production takes up to 15 days. Actual lead times depend on the garment’s complexity, order volume, chosen fabric, and print or embellishment requirements.
Checks before dispatch
- Fabric and color match the approved sample.
- Measurements and fit are correct.
- Seams and neckline finishes meet the required quality.
- Prints, embroidery, or logos are accurate.
- The order is complete, with correct labeling and packaging.
