The task
A children’s clothing chain requested a batch of jeans with comfortable denim, a bright wash finish, no sharp edges on the fittings, and securely attached buttons and rivets.
What we did
- Selected denim with a level of stiffness comfortable for children to wear.
- Checked buttons, rivets, and the edges of the fittings.
- Increased seam checks around the knees and pockets.
- Checked a selection of garments against the size chart.
- Checked labeling and packaging for retail.
The result
The batch was accepted with no returns related to the fittings. The client expanded the size range and continued working with us on children’s denim.
